Happy "supposed to be" Birthday!!

Today was Amy's original due date!! 

We are so blessed to have her. She is already such
 a great joy in our lives. She has been

 through so much, and has grown a lot!! She started
out (almost 3 months ago on 11/5/10)
at only 2 lbs 13 oz and 15 inches long.
 We had the nurse take her measurements

 for the day we thought would

never come -- her

 "supposed to be birthday"
 and dun dun dun dun..... 

She weighed in at 7 lbs 3 oz and measured 18.5 inches long!!

                                

               We love you Amy!! 

Two Months Old!

Amy is now TWO MONTHS old!! 

If I were still pregnant I would be 36 weeks along. 

It is so crazy to think of all that Amy has gone

 through for over the past 2 months.

We are so glad she is here and doing well. 

You can see where her hair is stained "orange/red" from the

 iodine they use to clean her head before they pull off extra fluid.

She absolutely loves having her hands up by her face.

She loves cuddling and sleeping with Daddy.

She's not a fan of having her temperature checked...

Aunt Crystal gave her this adorable outfit! 

She is so beautiful. She makes me feel so happy.

I love that she is starting to get "chubby" cheeks! 

She's still working on her bottle feeding. The therapists/nurses

 work with her everyday to help teach her "suck, swallow, breath."
